Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please note that some orders may already be in the process of shipping and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund, less any applicable shipping fees.

Order Modification

If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please note that some orders may already be in the process of shipping and cannot be modified.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to modify it, you may refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the package, we will process a refund for the original purchase price, less any applicable shipping fees.
